Our Working Methodology

We source candidates from the Job Portals / Referencing / Cold Calling / Online Ads, etc. After sourcing the candidates, we screen them by interviewing them thoroughly to filter only few good, relevant candidates, suiting with our client’s requirement. After filtering few good candidates we forward the bunch of their CVs to our clients for further short listing. And then eventually we schedule the interviews of few best short listed candidates at our client’s place, as per mutual convenience.
